A week away...
Next week we're starting our European leg. Three months in Europe, and the only constraints are a London start, and somewhere in July I have to be in Amsterdam for a wedding. Yay.
As for where we're headed? We've got a 3 month rail pass. There were some thoughts of starting off on the west with Spain and Portugal, then the coast of France into Italy. Or the other way around with the countries on the east with Germany, Austria, Switzerland. All I know for sure is that we're skipping Ireland, Scotland, and the Scandinavian countries to the north.
Traveling by the seat of our pants takes a lot of research!

Do you need visas for any of those countries? If you do- just make sure you have ones for all the countries that the train is passing through (even if you aren't getting off in those countries!) I love the european rail system- its so convenient!
